Conditions and Limitations: Traveling Companion is defined to be a person booked to share the same cruise accommodations with you during your entire Amadeus Waterways cruise. Immediate Family Member means your children, children-in-law, step or adopted children, legal guardian or ward, parents, parents-in-law, step-parents, siblings, siblings-in-law, step-siblings, grandparents, grandchildren, legal spouse, aunts, uncles, nieces, or nephews, who reside in the United States or Canada. Sickness is an illness or disease of the body, which requires treatment by a physician. This plan does not cover a loss resulting from an illness, disease or other condition, which occurs at a time when this plan is not in force for you. Certain exclusions and limitations apply. Please review your Description of Coverage for complete coverage and exclusion information. For example, coverage does not apply to a sickness or condition of you, a Traveling Companion or Immediate Family Member traveling with you that existed during the 60 days prior to the effective date of this plan, unless the insurance is purchased within 24 hours of making your initial trip payment. All medical benefits are defined to be in excess of any other group or government insurance you maintain.

IMPORTANT: You may not purchase this plan after you have made final payment for your trip. Claims may be filed up to one year after the covered incident. Trip Cancellation & Interruption coverage provided by Amadeus Waterways will only cover penalties charged by Amadeus Waterways.
