JOURNEY THROUGH ITALY, FRANCE,SPAIN &PORTUGAL
INTRODUCTION
This tour follows the centuries old pilgrim's
routes to the famous shrines of Fatima, Lourdes, Rome & Burgos.
At a time of reflection this trip offers the perfect combination to do
so in front of the historical background of the great Christian religion.
The journey starts in Rome continues on to Assisi, Florence, Nice
, Lourdes, Burgos, Fatima and ends in Lisbon.

| You begin your journey through
Europe with an overnight flight to Rome
(in-flight meals). |

02, MON APR 24: |

GIOVANNI |
| After your noon arrival, we
will drive to San Giovanni.

03, TUE APR 25: |
ROME |
| After celebrating Mass at
the tomb of Padre Pio, we will have a tour of the sanctuary. We will also
tour the old church and see the crucifix from which padre Pio received
the stigmata in 1918. After a visit of the Grotto of Michael the Archangel
we leave for Rome, where we arrive early evening. Dinner and overnight
in Rome.

04, WED APR 26: |
ROME |
| Our day begins
in the Vatican City, we depart for the Papal Audience (if available) visiting
St. Peter’s Basilica, and St. Peter’s Square.Then, will tour the
incredible Vatican Museum with the Sistine Chapel. Tonight, enjoy dinner
in a typical Italian restaurant with music. Overnight in Rome.

05, THU APR 27: |
ROME |
After morning mass at St.
Mary Major, we will visit two other major basilicas in Rome, St. John Lateran
and St. Paul outside the Walls. Our guided tout of this Eternal City begins,
visiting the Forum, the Colosseum, Circus Maximus, and Palazzo Venezia,
and Piazza Navona. Rest of the day is free. Overnight in Rome

06, FRI APR 28: |
ROME
- ASSIS - FLORENCE |
| Depart after breakfast through
the Umbrian region to Assisi, where Francis tended the poor and sick and
founded the Franciscan order. After a visit to the Basillica of St. Francis
we continue to Florence. Dinner and Overnight in Florence.

07, SAT APR 29: |
FLORENCE |
| A full day of sightseeing
shows us this beautiful city dedicated to the cradle of the Renaissance.
We visit the magnificent Cathedral, Giotto’s Bell Tower and Baptistry,
sculpture studded Signoria Square, Church of the Santa Croce, see the Michaelangelo’s
David in the Academia. Rest of the afternoon is free to explore this
city famous for its Florentine leather goods and gold jewelry. Overnite

FLORENCE
- PISA - NICE |
| On our way to Nice we stop
in Pisa. During our tour we will visit the Piazza del Duomo, which
includes the Cathedral, the baptistery, the leaning Tower and the Campo

09, MON MAY 01: |
NICE
- LOURDES |
| After breakfast, transfer
to train station for departure to Lourdes, birthplace of St. Bernadette
to whom our Lady appeared in 1858. Afternoon arrival in Lourdes.
Tonight, join thousands of pilgrims in a torchlight procession in honor
of Our Lady of Lourdes. Dinner and overnight in Lourdes

10, TUE MAY 02: |
LOURDES |
| We begin our day with Holy
Mass at the Grotto of the Apparitions. Then we will enjoy a guided
tour of Lourdes, the Sanctuary, the Basilica of St. Pius X, the world’s
largest underground church, home of Bernadette. Later, we follow
the Stations of the Cross, visit the Baths, where hundreds of miraculous
cures have taken place, drink water from miraculous spring and attend Blessing
of the Sick.

- BURGOS |
| After breakfast, we
leave Lourdes and drive to Burgos, the capital of old Castile. Enjoy an
orientation tour of Burgos upon arrival. Dinner and overnight in Burgos

12, THU MAY 04 |
BURGOS
- FATIMA |
| After morning mass and a visit
to the one of Spain’s largest basilica,l we leave Burgos and drive to Fatima.
Dinner and overnight in Fatima.

13, FRI MAY 05: |
FATIMA |
| After mass, this morning we
visit the sites of Fatima is famous for: the Basilica, site of Francesco’s
and Jacinta’s graves, the hamlet of Aljustrel where the children lived.
Later we follow the Way of the Cross along the Via Sacra, (Sacred
Way). The Via Sacra was built by the Hungarian refugees and culminates
in the Chapel of Calgary overlooking the whole of Fatima. Remainder of
the day is free for private devotions in the sanctuaries and personal activities.

FATIMA
- LISBON |
| Today we drive to one of Europe’s
beautiful city, Lisbon with a brief stop in Santarem, site of the Eucharistic
miracle, venerated relic of the bleeding host kept here since 1269.
. Enjoy a city tour of Lisbon which includes a visit to the birthplace
Church of St. Anthony de Padua, Lisbon Cathedral, the gothic monastery
of St. Jeronimo and Belem Tower. Farewell dinner and overnice in Lisbon.
